2022-2023 Winter Reminders

Please be careful when walking on sidewalks in the snow and ice. The common sidewalks are not shoveled by our snow removal contractor. Each resident is responsible for shoveling the sidewalk in front of their home. Please help those that may have difficulty shoveling. Please do not place any ice melt products on any new sidewalk sections. Clean sand is recommended for traction, if needed. Damage caused by deicing chemicals is not covered under warranty.

Do not shovel snow into open visitor spaces or the street - this can block the plows from being able to clear the roads.

Plowing of roadways is initiated after 2" or more of snow has accumulated.
