If the changes to your house require you to submit a Design Review Board (DRB) application with the Reston Association, be sure to obtain a Carriage Gate Cluster Association board member’s signature. A cluster board officer is any one of the following: the President, the Vice President, the Secretary, or the Treasurer. Other Cluster board members are not eligible to sign the DRB applications.
