Updating Your House's Exterior?
If the changes to your house require you to submit a Design Review Board (DRB) application with the Reston Association, be sure to obtain a Carriage Gate Cluster Association board member's signature. A cluster board officer is any one of the following: the President, the Vice President, the Secretary, or the Treasurer. Other Cluster board members are not eligible to sign the DRB applications. For more information, see the Rules and Regulations page under the second Addendum.
For more information on Reston Association cluster guidelines, check out RA's site.
Pet owners are required to follow Fairfax County leash laws and "pooper scooper" regulations on Cluster property.
